1. Application
The machine unit is placed between blow room and draw frames and suitable for cotton fiber, cotton- type fiber, medium and long fiber. It will further open and card the loose cotton processed in the blow room line,
and remove neps, impurities and short fibers, then maker the crimp fibers into straight single fiber status, and concentrate the fibers into uniform sliver. The high speed coiler then will fill the can with the sliver to supply the after process. This carding machine unit is the ideal equipment to use in the blow room carding system.

The GSC228E performs optimally, processing functional fibres based using a short advanced "fine gripping,
progressive opening, homogeneous mixing, efficient carding" process, the fibre material is processed into high-quality
carding sliver to meet customer needs.

*Optimised rear carding structure design enlarges the effective carding area by more than 10% compared to ordinary cards.
*No need for re-piecing after a machine stop.
*Cylinder, doffer and machine frames are made in steel structure. Several steps of heat treatment ensure good stability and high
precision (cylinder and doffer cylinder roundness error is less than 0.01mm)
*Licker-in waste suction can be adjusted to meet the different processing requirements of raw material.
*The whole auto-levelling system with 4 auto levellers to ensure stable sliver quality and evenness.
*The flat end is made out of wear-resistant alloy steel and driven by a synchronous belt.
*Flat speed inverter control.
*Aluminum duplex stationary flats, with four segments in the front, and 10 segments in the rear ensure good stiffness, and high
precision of gauges.
*Two front and two rear web cleaners.
