1. Application
The GFA025 model is used in the mixing process of the blowing room. It is suitable for mixing cotton, especially for synthetic fibers.
The GPB325 model is used for natural cotton, especially synthetic fibers (length of 65mm or less) and therefore requires a higher mix having properties of both of fibers. The resultant mix meets the requirements of the customers by providing satisfactory results.
2. Main Features
2.1 Airflow Blending way: air current mixing, pile layer mixing, concentrated mixing;
2.2 All the storing chambers feeding at the same time;
2.3 Realize even and unified blending;
2.4 Reduce the rate of end breaking during yarn spinning;
2.5 Air pressure in six chambers can be adjusted by air pressure gauge；
2.6 The material volume in chambers can be controlled by air pressure changing；
2.7 Monitor the feeding condition and control the feeding synchronously；
