1. Application
Model GPB002 and GPB003 are the initial treatment in blow room line, which are introduced to pluck bales
of various cotton, man-made fiber below 76mm. While GPB002, generally put into operation in parallel with
two sets which are available to various cotton classes so that more blending bales are combined and hence better production quality is improved. GPB003 carry forwarder the traditional advantages of GPB002, the mixing effect is much better. The number of laydown bales increases to four rows form three rows of GPB002. The bale of 1000 x 500 (mm) can be laid 38 bales, which increases by 58% over the oridinary GPB002 Bale Plucker.
2. Features
GPB002 AND GPB003 are both furnished with sawtooth disc rollers. From inside to outside, The toothed discs of GPB003 are divided in five groups from wide to close so that the cotton could be plucked uniformly in smaller tufts. It is favorable for next process to be blend and clean.
